बुधबार नेप्से परिसूचक सामान्य अंक बढेर बन्द भएको छ। नेप्सेसँगै यस दिन कारोबार रकममा पनि सामान्य सुधार भएको छ। कारोबार रकमका आधारमा यस दिन हिमालयन डिष्टिलरी शीर्ष स्थानमा रहेको छ। सो कम्पनीको यस दिन ५२ करोड ५५ लाख रुपैयाँभन्दा बढीको शेयर खरिदबिक्री भएको छ। त्यसैगरी, यस दिन नबिल बैंकको ४७ करोड ७१ लाख रुपैयाँभन्दा बढीको शेयर कारोबार भएको छ। यस दिन मध्य भोटेकोशी जलविद्युत कम्पनीको शेयर सकारात्मक सर्किट लेभलमा कारोबार भएको छ। सो कम्पनीको शेयरमूल्य यस दिन १३ रुपैयाँ ३० पैसा बढेर १४६ रुपैयाँ ४० पैसामा अन्तिम कारोबार भएको छ। त्यसैगरी, यस दिन नेपाल बङ्गलादेश बैंकको शेयरमूल्य ९ प्रतिशतभन्दा बढी बढेको छ भने राष्ट्रिय बीमा कम्पनीको संस्थापक शेयर र प्रिमियर इन्स्योरेन्सको शेयरमूल्य ६ प्रतिशतभन्दा बढी बढेको छ। कारोबारमा आएको नारायणी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकको शेयरमूल्य यस दिन सबैभन्दा बढी ३.३९ प्रतिशत घटेको छ। src:nepalipaisa.com

Nagarik Stock Dealer Company Limited   has called its 2nd AGM on 23rd Poush, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company hall in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 3: 30 pm that day.   Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL)   has proposed a 15.79% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 02 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 91,56,57,669. 15% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs 13.73 crores and 0.79% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 72.28 lakhs have been proposed. The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, RLFL has an LTP of Rs. 446.
